Every Titan watch purchased through our official store comes with a unique serial number and a Certificate of Authenticity. We recommend keeping your digital invoice as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days and express shipping within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Titan watches water-resistant?
Most Titan watches feature water resistance ranging from 30m to 100m. Please check the specific product description for the ATM rating of your chosen model before exposing it to water.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact for a full refund.
Does my watch come with a warranty?
Yes, all Titan watches include a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, battery replacement, or accidental damage to the glass or strap.
Can I get my watch strap adjusted?
For watches with metal link bracelets, we offer free sizing at any authorized Titan service center. Alternatively, you can specify your wrist measurement in the order notes, and we will adjust it before shipping.
